EXCHANGES will only be accepted:

• If product is defective or damaged upon receipt
• If wrong size or color was shipped

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

WHAT ARE THE ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMELINES?

PRODUCTION TIMES
Production means designs are actually printed and processed when orders are received.
Production times for each individual item may vary.

Estimated production time for all print-on-T-shirts products varies from 4 – 7 business days.

Domestic – Shipping within the US – may take 7 to 16 business days after Production is fulfilled.

International – Shipping outside of the US – is not available at the moment – Please contact us by email at [email protected] to see if special arrangements are possible.

CAN ORDERS BE CANCELLED?
Once orders are placed, you have 24 hours to canceled or changed the orders.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATION
All sales are subject to exchanges only except for sale product (s) which are all final sales.

A request for an exchange must be placed within one week of receipt of the product by email [email protected] All product (s) to be exchanged must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and labels attached. In the event the product (s) received that are unclean, are damaged or sent in any way making the product no longer suitable for selling the exchange policy will not be honored and the product will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement will be refunded at ninety percent of the total purchase cost. Any cancellation after 24 hours will not be refunded; such purchases can be exchanged for another product of equal or greater value or a combination of products of equal or greater value. Any difference in total cost will be at the expense to the customer and must be paid in full prior to processing of the order.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS, PRICE AND PAYMENT

New products are added to our website frequently. Product availability is thus subject to change at any time without notice. Monies paid to a discontinued product will be refunded in full or can be transferred to the purchase of another product. MrGillysCloset INC., reserves the right to change the pricing of products, the layout of products or our website at any time without notice.

Products that are incorrectly priced due to human, typographical or website errors will not be honored at the incorrect price listed. Customers will be provided the correct information at time of processing of the order and if they wish to not proceed with the order will be refunded the money paid.

All products ordered must be paid in full, including shipping, before they will be processed.

ALTERATIONS

Products are manufactured in standard sized, European modern slim cut. Any and all alterations and associated costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
