At MrGilly’s Closet, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item, size, or color
- The request is made within 2–3 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items worn, washed, or used
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale or discounted items (if specified as non-returnable)
- Custom suits once production has begun (fabric cut)
Please note:
Once a custom suit has entered production and the fabric has been cut, the order is no longer eligible for a refund. In such cases, a store credit may be issued, but no monetary refunds will be provided.

Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us immediately.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
