1. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
Once the order has entered the processing or shipping stage, it cannot be cancelled.
2. After 24 Hours
After 24 hours, most orders are already being prepared or dispatched. Therefore, cancellation requests will not be accepted after this period.
In such cases, you may need to follow our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the product.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:
- A full refund will be processed
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–7 business days
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be cancelled:
